Licensed to impart a skill
Q I would like to have some riding lessons, although my horse isn't broken in yet. However, I have found a new instructor who has said that I can ride her horse. Should I just say yes?

In order to deliver lessons on their own horses, the coach or establishment will need to be a licensed riding school — even if they only have one horse. By law theinvolved, including you and the horse(s).
