America’s Best Retailers 2023

EN WE THINK OF THE BEST RETAILERS, THE ones that stand out are those that offer high-quality products, competitive prices and provide superior customer service. These businesses understand the needs and preferences of their customers and go above and beyond to meet or exceed their expectations. They also have loyal and satisfied customers who trust and recommend them to others. Some examples of the retailers who made and the global market research and consumer data firm Statista are proud to announce our ranking of America’s Best Retailers 2023. In an independent survey, shoppers were asked to rank stores in 39 product categories to determine the best. Participants were also asked about the likelihood of recommending a retailer to friends and family and how they ranked it based on price, selection and overall atmosphere. The number of winners in each category varies by the number of eligible companies. We hope you find our ranking helpful when choosing where to shop for yourself and your family.
