KR Suit Challenges Switchblade Act
Knife Rights has filed a federal law-suit challenging the constitutionality of portions of the Federal Switch-blade Act, according to a release on the Knife Rights website kniferights.org.
Originally enacted in 1958, the Act restricts the introduction of automatic and other select knives into interstate commerce. The lawsuit also challenges the ban on possession of autos on Native American reservations and in U.S.
