A big crowd basking in sunny weather, and a huge gamut of star cars and drivers – whether competing or not – made for a highly successful Super Touring Power festival at Brands Hatch.
The event attracted international interest, with a five-strong Kiwi contingent including multiple Bathurst 1000 winners Steven Richards (in Lindsay O’Donnell’s Volvo S40, the ex-Kelvin Burt car raced by Steven’s father Jim in 1998) and Greg Murphy (piloting Peter Sturgeon’s ex-Matt Neal Nissan Primera).
