    Maple, pecan & apple popcorn bites

    This is my homage to the gooey marshmallow and crispy rice bars I used to love as a kid. Here, I’ve added popcorn for extra crunch and taken the flavours one step further with my favourite combination of apples, pecans, maple and brown butter.
