○ Most fitness tests don’t directly assess rotational power. This test does that before you’ve advisor David Otey, C.S.C.S., who teaches seminars on rotational training. You’ll thank us for this one the next time you reach across your body to grab a bag of mulch while you’re cleaning up the backyard.
