INDIVIDUAL SAUSAGE PASTA BAKES

• 1 cup macaroni
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 500g pork sausages
• 420g can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup creamy evaporated milk
• ½ bunch spinach, washed and trimmed
• 1½ cups shredded cheese (mix of cheeses if possible)
• 2 green onions, finely sliced
• ²/³ cup fresh breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 180°C. Put four 1¼-cup ramekins on oven tray.In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook macaroni following packet directions.In a frying pan, heat oil on medium. Cook sausages for 6-8 mins, turning until browned. RemoveSprinkle over combined remaining cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 15-20 mins until golden and bubbling.
