10 tips before you tip your glass

I am often asked by friends and audiences, “How do you keep your palate bright?” The next curious question, “Can you really taste the difference in so many products that are virtually made and produced with the same process?” My favorite final question that appears almost on cue, “How do you not get drunk tasting so many products?” and then there is an expected chuckle after they ask.
