Time for TEA

I recently sat down with the 2022 StepUp Internship graduate Erin Lee to have a dram of whiskey and discuss flavors. The StepUp program is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation that provides underserved and underrepresented individuals with training, encouragement, and opportunities to enter the craft spirits community through a comprehensive internship program.

Erin spent a year crossing the country working in distilleries and interning with some of the best in the business before joining the FEW Spirits team in Evanston, Illinois, as a distiller.
