PASSATA: You can freeze any remaining passata in a small airtight container for another day. Alternately, use to spread over pizza base, in soups or casseroles.
ZA’ATAR: Sprinkle over raw lean protein before cooking. Use in casseroles, sprinkle over hummus or use in dressing.
CHICKPEAS: Add into soups, casseroles or to make hummus.
