There’s no doubt that AI is one of the biggest buzzwords of the age. Seemingly every tool and service you use nowadays makes grand claims about how it harnesses the power of AI to deliver better, faster, smarter results. Small businesses will be understandably asking themselves: what exactly is this magic, and how can we take advantage of it ourselves?
