‘Paperback’ book came as an ebook – can I get a refund?

LEAD CASE

Q I recently spent £12.54 on what I believed were physical books from Regbooksi (www.regbooksi.uk). But the site didn’t make it clear that these were actually ebooks. These were useless to me because the books were a gift for a friend’s young son, who doesn’t have an ebook reader. The seller has refused my request for a refund, saying the purchase is “final”. Have I got a case?
