50ml Belvoir Farm Raspberry & Lemon Cordial 50ml
100g caster sugar
250g unsalted butter
350g plain flour
100g raspberry jam
2tbsp milk
Icing sugar, for dusting
1 Cream the softened butter, caster sugar and lemon zest until light and fluffy. Sieve in the flour and add the milk, thenbringthedoughtogetherwithyour hands into a ball. Wrap the dough in clingfilm and chill for 30 minutes.
2 Meanwhile, line a couple of baking trays with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4.
