s sad as the cancellation of this year’s Brighton Run has been, there’s some good news for commercial vehicle enthusiasts in London and the south-east. The Historic Commercial Vehicle Society’s Drive It Day run was a new addition to the calendar, thoughtfully organised by Anthony Kemp. Fellow HCVS member and Scammell enthusiast Adam Johnson welcomed participants onto his field near Biggin Hill, where they began their 30-mile meander. Our reporter was invited along for the ride.
