FAVOURITE LENS: Tamron SP 70-200mm F/2.8 Di VC USD

I am passionate about capturing insects and wildflowers in their natural habitats and I also love landscape photography. With the Tamron 70-200mm F/2.8 lens for my Canon, I discovered new opportunities for adding interesting elements and captivating light for close-up photos of flying insects that often are not easy to approach with macro lenses. The Tamron 70-200mm is a great lens for shooting distant coastal cliffs along the Jurassic Coast which in spring and summer are surrounded with beautiful wild floral habitats. The telephoto characteristics of the lens also enhance the textures, morphology and colours of the landscape images that I take.
