My partner’s past affects our sex life

Q When we met, I was charmed that my partner didn’t rush into sex. Then it worried me that we never got beyond foreplay. He’s finally confessed he’s scared of intercourse because he was sexually attacked some years ago. So, while he loves messing about, he doesn’t want to go all the way.
