The key to a good night’s sleep in summer is not overheating. Think about the materials your bedding and duvet are made from. We often perceive that cotton bed linen with a high thread count is luxurious and cool but, actually, the higher the thread count, the less airflow cotton bedding gives, meaning something like Egyptian cotton is not the best material for summer.
