“Two fabrics are combined to make the flowers in the design while the leaves also use two fabrics, all placed on a background fabric. An extra fabric is needed for the centre spike of each flower.” – Lynne Edwards

■ Cream fabric (background fabric A) – 1½yds

■ Print fabric (fabric B) – 1 fat quarter

■ Yellow spot fabric (fabric C) – 1 fat quarter

■ Dark grey leaf fabric (fabric D) – 1 fat quarter

■ Light grey leaf fabric (fabric E) – 1 fat quarter

■ Orange flower spike fabric (fabric F) – 8in square

■ Batting – 30in x 30in

Finished size

■ 23in x 23in

■ WOF = width of fabric, 42in approx.

■ WOFQ = width of fat quarter, 21in approx.
