This quilt is made of nested Drunkard’s Path blocks, each with a smaller Drunkard’s Path block within a larger one. The finished blocks are offset, so the result is a series of short Drunkard’s Meanders, rather than a Drunkard’s Path. A narrow border and an outer pieced border bring the size of the quilt to 88in square after quilting, but the design also lends itself to smaller quilts.
