Shortly after 7 am one day in May 2022, 28-year-old Julissa Thaler was pulled over by police.
Driving a Chevy Impala, she'd caught the attention of eyewitnesses, who'd contacted authorities.
The back window was smashed in and one of the front tyres was missing, the wheel being driven on its rim.
And as traffic officers spoke to Julissa, they noticed her hands covered in blood and bits of flesh.
The blood had come from a tampon, she explained.
The flesh was remnants of a deer she'd bought from the butcher.
