YOU WILL NEED

■ Background fabrics: large square and rectangular scraps of various sizes

■ Contrast fabrics: scrap strips approx ¾in–1½in wide

■ Batting: 36in square

■ Backing fabric: 1yd

■ Binding fabric: 3/8yd

FINISHED SIZE

■ Approx 30in square

NOTES

■ Seam allowances are ¼in throughout, unless otherwise noted.

■ Press seams to one side, or as preferred.

■ You can make a quilt in any size or shape you like. Just ensure your batting and backing fabric are larger than your quilt top by a few inches all the way around.

■ RST = right sides
