Hot cross bun tiramisu loaf

SERVES 10 PREP + COOK TIME 20 MINUTES (+ REFRIGERATION)

1 cup (250ml) strong espresso coffee, cooled1 tablespoon Kahlua (optional)5 chocolate chip hot cross buns, halved horizontally2 teaspoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder500g mascarpone cream300ml thickened cream¼ cup (40g) icing sugar, sifted1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

CHOCOLATE SAUCE

2 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder, sifted½ cup (80g) icing sugar, sifted½ cup (125ml) water

1 Line a 10cm x 20cm loaf pan (base measurement) with baking
