In 1929, the year that the Great Depression slammed the population in America, Arthur E Fritz found himself in a tough spot financially and needed to find a different way to make a dollar. Being a builder and contractor by trade, the prospects of new projects seemed thin on the horizon. Necessity is the mother of invention as they say,y and Arthur had an idea.
