Hemp & Buckwheat Loaf

In the US and Europe, oats can be labelled gluten-free as long as they contain less than 20 parts per million avenin, but in New Zealand our threshold is 5ppm, so no brands can be labelled gluten-free. Fret not though, I’ve experimented to the hilt to create the ultimate gluten-free sandwich bread. Light and fluffy, with a minimal list of ingredients to get you there.
