S PARTNERS, father and son J. and R. Brown, of Grays, Essex, did well at the World Championship show. Their Foreign Bird entries qualified for a silk banner, two , a gold medal and a Delft vase signed by the craftsman who made it. They were congratulated on their wins at the recent Grays CBS annual meeting by A. J. Anderson, who himself was awarded five and a . Mr Anderson had the misfortune to suffer an ankle injury shortly]. Mr. Anderson is grateful to members of the party for looking after him so well and to the Dutch folk who helped him on and off trains and in every way tried to make him forget his troubles.
