CONGRATULATIONS to Elliot Worsell and Boxing News on a great insight into the demanding world of referees (February 16 issue).
While I openly confess to being of the ‘aw, ref..’ persuasion on occasion, I do also sympathise with their plight. To my mind, the job of a referee is incredibly difficult as they are trying to watch two people at once. That’s a multi-tasking challenge if ever
