She’s the current English women’s 10m Air Rifle champion, but you may not have heard of Ruth Mwandumba. It might be worth committing her name to memory, though, because this quietly ambitious 27-year-old from Liverpool is starting to get noticed for her campaigning work as well as her scores. And she’s just made a significant step towards Olympic selection. We managed to ask Ruth some questions during a break between her training camps and top-level competitions.
