My gleanings from club and organizational newsletters over the past several months have been quite varied, ranging from coverage of members’ “earliest recollection of collecting coins” to explorations of the Christmas season’s ties to coin collecting. Others that caught my attention provide reflections on how local clubs addressed and recovered from the impact of the COVID phenomenon, to the evaluation of tokens through the application of their “multiplier” topical and design elements. The range is quite varied, proving knowledge can lurk in sometimes unsuspecting places.
