Utah's governor has signed a bill banning gender-affirming care for transgender youth
The ban, signed Saturday by Republican Gov. Spencer Cox, prohibits transgender surgery for youth and disallows hormone treatments for minors who have not yet been diagnosed with gender dysphoria.
