Something strange has come in the wake of tire pandemic. Amid all their confident predictions and tremendous faith in Covid-19 vaccines, no public health experts said they expected deaths and illness to continue to rise after Covid had fizzled, and after the biggest “lifesaving” vaccine rollout in world history.
Two years on, however, as Omicron fades, more people—and noticeably young, healthy people —are dying. They are dying often, suddenly and from mysterious “non-Covid” causes, in countries around the world, and in numbers greater than Covid killed, and meanwhile chronic illness and disease are exploding.
In the United States, for example, something is causing an ongoing surge of excess deaths in young people, according to the Ethical Skeptic, a self- described former intelligence officer and strategist for corrupt nations who reviewed data from the US National Center for Health Statistics.
In May 2021, he discovered an “odd signal” in diagnostic reporting—an ICD (International Classification of Diseases) code called ROO- R99 that reflects deaths with “abnormal clinical and laboratory findings, not elsewhere classified,” or deaths of unknown cause. By the end of 2021, he wrote, “It had become abundandy clear that US citizens were not just dying of Covid-19 to the excess, they were also now dying of something else, and at a rate which eventually became higher than that of Covid itself.’
The Ethical Skeptic noted, “We have lost 372,OOO younger Americans to something besides Covid and non-natural death, during the period from 3 April 2021 to 10 September 2022,” adding that the current rate of mortality in this ICD categorization is 5,000-6,700per week.1
German data
In Germany, a preprint study of excess mortality data shows the number of deaths during 2020 (at the peak of the pandemic) was close to expected. No soaring death rates when everyone was stuck at home for their own safety.
In 2021, however, deaths spiked suddenly, two empirical standard deviations higher than expected. “The high excess mortality in 2021 was almost entirely
