■ Fabric F (red): one (1) fat eighth

■ Fabric G (mustard): one (1) fat eighth

■ Fabric H (yellow): one (1) fat eighth

■ Background fabric: 5/8yd

■ Binding fabric: ¼yd

■ Backing fabric: 1yd

■ Batting: 28in square

FINISHED SIZE

■ 24in square

MAKING THE EAR UNITS

NOTES

■ Seam allowances are ¼in, unless otherwise noted.

■ Press seams open, unless otherwise instructed.

■ RST = right sides together.

■ WOF = width of fabric.

■ HST = Half-square Triangle.

■ CST = Corner-square Triangle.

■ Label all fabric pieces according to the cutting instructions.
