As my boyfriend Huw placed a plate of delicious-looking food in front of me, my stomach rumbled.
‘This looks amazing,’ I said, licking my lips.
We’d been dating for a few months after meeting on Bumble, and we were taking things slow.
But Huw, 35, was sweet and kind, and deep down I had a really good feeling about him.
Huw loved cooking and he was a great chef – which was perfect, because I was a bit of a foodie!
‘What was your favourite food as a kid?’ Huw asked as we sat down and tucked in.
‘Ooh, that’s a tough one,’ I said.
‘I loved Alphabites,’ he said.
