GLUTEN-FREE FETTUCCINE WITH ARRABBIATA SAUCE

• 350g gluten-free fettuccine
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 brown onion, chopped finely
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 fresh cloves small red chillies, chopped finely
• 2 x 400g cans cherry tomatoes
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• shaved parmesan, basil leaves, to serve
