Beat / Hi you two, let us hear why you built and set up your studio the way you did?

S&M / The building in which our studio is located is in the middle of a residential area. It is free-standing, but it is not very far to the next house wall. Therefore, it was clear to us pretty quickly that we needed a 100% decoupled room-in-room solution. We want to make sure that no one notices us while we are working in the studio.

Since we have regular jobs during the day, we prefer to be in the studio in the evening. It would be fatal if our neighbors felt bothered. On the other hand, we wanted to get the maximum acoustic results for our budget and build the best possible studio according to our standards.
