Bardolino wines are named after the town on the eastern edge of Lake Garda, in the province of Verona. It’s usually a blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, though small amounts of other red grape varieties are also permitted. In 1825, three areas within the Bardolino winemaking region were identified and recognised by international traders for their fine and elegant wines.
