choc-banana chia pudding
serves 1 | prep 5 mins (+ overnight chilling) E H LC GF
1 banana, halved crossways, unpeeled
1 tsp cocoa powder 125ml (½ cup) skim milk
1½ tbs white chia seeds
2 tsp natural peanut butter
Peel 1 banana half. Place in a bowl with cocoa. Use a fork to mash. Stir through milk. Add chia.
