The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy/fresh frame, a slight suavity, and good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of peach in syrup, dried apricot, and, more slightly, - notes of candied kumquat combined with touches of lychee, crunchy apple and fine hints of honey. Nice persistence. A superb freshness. Crunchy in the finish.
