Time Trouble and Money Reborn

There are perhaps only a handful of custom scooters that have gone beyond momentary popularity and entered into the realm of legend. We still speak in somewhat hushed tones about scooters such as Dazzle, Little Rascal, Mytho Poeikon and Frustration, all iconic machines of the 1980s.

For many scooterists of that era, one machine stands above, ahead and before all those, a Lambretta that was one of the earliest to gain national fame. I’m talking about Mark ‘Brad’ Brough’s Time Trouble and Money (also known as TTM), which has to rank as one of the most ground-breaking scooters of all time. Perhaps it wouldn’t stand up against some of today’s customs, but at the time it was a scooter that was truly known across the country.
