SURROUNDED BY FAMILY AT WESTMINSTER ABBEY THE PRINCESS OF WALES OFFERS SEASON’S GREETINGS AS SHE HOSTS A VERY SPECIAL CAROL SERVICE

It was the second annual Together at Christmas carol service and the royal family could not have looked more united.

The Princess of Wales welcomed the King and Queen Consort and other family members to Westminster Abbey for the most festive of gatherings, sitting alongside them in the front row with her husband the Prince.

Next to the royal couple were their two eldest children, each a mini-me of their parents with Prince George, nine, in a navy coat to match his father and Princess Charlotte, seven, in burgundy to co-ordinate with her mother’s elegant Eponine coat dress.

Kate, who arrived early to put the finishing touches to the preparations, welcomed her family outside the abbey.
