ROASTED SPROUTS, CANDIED WALNUTS & BACON

• 1kg brussels sprouts, trimmed
• 3 rashers rindless bacon, cut into batons
• ¾ cup walnuts
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
