Family was so important to Stacy Barney.
She had been happily married to her husband Craig since August 1998, and she adored her three beautiful children.
They were her heart and her whole world.
The family moved to McKinney, Texas, in 2016 and Stacy could often be found giving up her time to volunteer at her kids’ school.
Generosity was just one of her admirable traits.
Friends described her as fun, positive and an avid runner – someone who would always take the time to smile at a neighbour and give them a wave, too.
To anyone looking in, Stacy’s life appeared to be picture-perfect.
But life wasn’t always easy for her.
