    Amanda Logue

Truth is indeed stranger than fiction, such as the case of Amanda Logue, a Florida porn star more popularly known as Sunny Dae and her boyfriend, fellow porn star actor Jason Andrews.

    Co-Workers Turned Lovers

The two used to work for Forbidden Gem, a pornography studio based in a 3-story rented apartment in New York City. This was where the two met. She was the beautiful blonde girl from Albany, Georgia and he was the dashing British-born DJ from Chicago’s Boystown District.

Both actors had worked extensively in the adult film industry and were said to have joined Forbidden Gem with good references. In fact, their employer, a certain St. Claire described them to be ‘capable performers.’ St. Claire also revealed that Andrews used his US Marine Corps ID to verify his name and age, which also reflected the fact that he was ranked as a corporal.

Andrews was well known for gay pornography, although his friends claim he was straight despite the fact that he extensively filmed homosexual scenes.  His friend, Zelichowski revealed that Andrews did it for the money but that was it. He was viewed by many as someone who was a bit too eager to please, constantly trying to fit in. He was also known to occasionally become upset or bitter for no particular reason, almost as if he was always in a battle with himself.

In fact, Zelichowski later revealed that Andrews seemed to have an unstable element about him. Sometimes he would feel like he was walking on eggshells while around Andrews. Zelichowski also revealed that Andrews told him in one of their many conversations that he had seen people killed during his time serving the military, although Andrews never discussed those things in detail.

Logue on the other hand was well liked by the cast mates and crew and she told everyone she was the mother of a 9-year-old girl. They all found her to be helpful and charming, Andrews was also known to cook for everyone and occasionally crack jokes.

Later on, the romance between Logue and Andrews blossomed off-screen and when the crew left, the two decided to remain in New York.

    Criminal Minds

In the months to come, the two decided to push the envelope of risqué further when they crossed over from racy bed scenes to a highly sensational murder mystery plot, but this time a real-life one.

Amanda, who was widely known for her penchant for bondage, now presently lives under restraints behind prison bars. In May of 2010, Amanda, 30 and Jason, 28 pled guilty for committing the second-degree murder of Dennis Scooter Abrahamsen, the owner of a tattoo parlor. It was said that the crime took place during a sex party.

According to reports, the two even planned to have sex right after they stabbed to death and pummeled the skull of Abrahamsen with a sledgehammer. Logue in particular liked the idea of having sex with Andrews right after they accomplished what they were set to do.

Over the years, the two adult film stars had gained popularity and notoriety broadcasting their adventures over the Internet where they managed to grow a considerable following. In fact, they were known to be active on Twitter, where they seemed to get a kick out of sharing their exploits and escapades. This included mundane stuff like their first trip to a flea market to more titillating ones like their rendezvous in a booth of a tanning salon.

They have also been known to have no qualms sharing their sex scenes on beaches and in hotel rooms. Theirs was a life straight out of a movie—uninhibited, shameless and exhilarating – at least to them and their audience, up until it took a murderous turn.

On the fateful night of May 14, 2008 Logue, who was then only 28 years old, was hired to attend a sex party, which was held in the home of the victim, Dennis Scooter Abrahamsen. Dennis was the owner of a thriving tattoo parlor located at State Road 52.

Hours before the party, Jason was documented tweeting that he had some exciting surprises for his followers that evening. The following night, a relative found the dead body of Abrahamsen on a massage table and it appeared that the victim was viciously stabbed to death and his head brutally bashed.

    A Trail of Electronic Breadcrumbs

In the investigation conducted by the police months after the incident, the authorities revealed that the couple had exchanged text messages using their Blackberry phones. It revealed that the two had plotted the gruesome murder. It was also through their flurry of exchanges that the police found out they had fled with an expensive camera, $6,000 in cash and a credit card.

When the police pieced together the evidence, it appeared that the texts and tweets of the couple had left a string of revealing evidence, or what was dubbed as a trail of bread crumbs. These all lead them right to the door of Amanda Logue.

Logue appeared before the grand jury and was then
