Chicago Snowstorm of 1967

It was difficult to be in school on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 1967. Every child wanted to be outside to enjoy an unseasonably warm day. It was 65 degrees in Chicago. We tried to steal a few hours of outdoor fun after school, before it was time for dinner, homework and bed.
