CHOCOLATE MALTESER FUDGE
MAKES 20 PREP 20 MINS + SETTING COOK 5 MINS
• 280g packet Maltesers
• 180g block milk chocolate, finely chopped
• 200g dark chocolate melts
• 395g can sweetened condensed milk
• ½ x 180g block Caramilk, chopped
• silver or gold cachous, to decorate
1 Grease a 20cm square cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending 2cm above pan edges.
2 Arrange Maltesers in a single layer over base of pan.
3 In a large heatproof bowl, set over a saucepan of simmering water, combine milk and dark chocolates and condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth. Working quickly pour mixture over Maltesers in pan. Gently smooth top and shake pan to settle ingredients. Chill 4 hours until firm.
