‘When we started searching for a new home, this one stood out to me immediately,’ says Jess Culpin, though her husband, Mitch, wasn't quite as keen to begin with. ‘He wasn't too sure based on the Rightmove details but soon changed his mind once we viewed it.’
The couple were searching for a family home in Leicestershire – one that had a cosy feel, the potential to put their stamp on it, and room enough for their young family to enjoy for years to come.
