BISCOFF FUDGE

MAKES 28 SLICES PREP 5 MINS COOK 5 MINS

395g can sweetened condensed milk
295g white chocolate melts
½ cup Biscoff spread
10 Biscoff biscuits, coarsely chopped

1 Grease and line a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper, extending paper 3cm above edges.

2 Place condensed milk and chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on medium 2 mins, stirring at 30-second intervals or until melted and smooth. Stir in Biscoff spread until combined.

3 Pour mixture into pan and smooth top using a small palette knife. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped biscuits. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into 28 pieces. Serve.
