All Set Up

Yippee, my campsite is securely set for another season after coming very close to not making it this year! This year I couldn’t be bothered with all the hullabaloo of gathering in the waiting area, the night before the gates open. I lined up the day before at Parsons Rock. At 6 pm it was no surprise there was already a car and caravan in position at the gate, as Mike the owner holds the gate key. Even so, one other Ute and caravan was already in second place, I took up third position behind Peter, whom I met just a few minutes later. He was likewise not interested in going through all the hassles of the next day.
