Old Age be Damned!

I dubt too many of us would have been sorry to see 2022 come to an end. I for one wasn’t and shouted at the devil on the final day of last year for the ill health I had endured. I lost count of how many times various health professionals used the lines, “You are getting on in years” or “You shouldn’t be doing that at your age” or “You need to slow down and take things easier”.

Therefore, my resolution for this 2023 year is going to be, “Bugger old age” I may need to take a little longer to tie on a fly now due to my shaky hands and the loss of feeling in my fingertips. I may not be able
