t’s the silly season – a time of overeating, celebrating, family, friends, hot summer nights, not being able to find a park anywhere and, of course, gift-giving. This year, we’re sharing an edible gift we make for our friends – chocolate brownies! Nah, just kidding, it’s cheese biscuits, naturally. This recipe can be made with any (literally, ‘to refine’) often means these cheeses can have a higher price tag per kilo but, all things considered, we reckon you’re actually getting more bang for your buck. Hard cheese is built differently and is more forgiving of your forgetfulness than its softer counterparts as it waits in the back of the fridge. You didn’t hear this from us, but even if these hard guys are on their last legs, they still taste pretty damn good when baked in a biscuit and gifted to a friend. Does your friend need to know their gift is made from cheese scraps? They do not. Proceed with the below.
