SPICY BEAN NACHOS

SERVE 4 PREP AND COOK: 30 MINS

2 x 420g cans Mexican-style beans
230g packet tortilla strips
1½ cups grated Tasty cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large avocado, roughly chopped

1 Heat beans in a small saucepan until hot.

2 Arrange half the corn strips over base of an ovenproof dish (8-cup capacity). Spoon over half the beans and sprinkle with half the cheese. Repeat layering with remaining corn strips, beans and cheese.

3 Cook nachos in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until hot and cheese is melted.
